Mr. Shamsher Gahlawat is the driving force behind the MSI Group of Institutes, where he has envisioned creating an ecosystem of quality education, skill development, and industry-ready professionals. With a strong academic foundation in Civil Engineering and specialized training through a Draftsman course, he brings both technical expertise and practical insight into shaping academic excellence.

Beyond his contributions to education, Mr. Gahlawat also serves as the Chairperson of the Shoe Co-operation, Delhi, where he has been instrumental in guiding the organization with innovation, integrity, and leadership. His multifaceted career reflects his commitment to empowering youth, bridging the gap between technical knowledge and practical application, and nurturing future leaders.

At MSI Group of Institutes, his vision is clear—to provide holistic education that combines academic rigor with real-world exposure, thereby preparing students not just for jobs, but for meaningful careers and impactful lives.

Ms. Ekta Gahlawat is a committed legal academic with strong expertise in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University, and has previously served as a faculty member at ICFAI University, Dehradun, where she contributed to quality legal education through innovative teaching and academic guidance.

Her scholarly contributions include multiple research publications in reputed national and international journals on significant legal themes such as the Uniform Civil Code, Female Foeticide, and Fundamental Rights. She has actively participated in national seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs—continuously expanding her academic horizons. As a Faculty Convener, she has successfully organized impactful National and International webinars by collaborating with esteemed judges, legal scholars, and senior advocates.
